After much work (and resulting frustration)… as of September 1, 2026, the history blog home screen has finally been realized in my desired timeline/number line format, as can be seen below. This came after several days of interaction with AI in August 2026.

Formatting the number line below was rather difficult… but the biggest bulk of work still remains. This will be the home to all things Downriver history – year by year – from 1827 to present day. We look for a winter 2027 launch.

The timeline only begins from 1950 as of now, as conversions & research prior to that year still have to be done. That is what we’re here for, though! In the meanwhile, please take a moment to enjoy our more recent offerings (blog pages are currently undergoing renovation so the visual perspective is consistent).

Please know we welcome all contributions to fill in the gaps; you will be given full credit as a contributor! We aim to enrich everyone.
